320 Amps and lights dim when furnace kicks in?

Just moved in to a new home and paid extra for 320 amp service. I notice the lights in the house dim momentarily when the furnace or A/C kicks in - especially the circuits that already are on a dimmer. Is this a problem with the electrical service to the home?

Yes, it very well could be. Call your power company ASAP. They work Sunday too, so don't wait until tomorrow.
