B&D book
last year, well couple years ago when I was wiring my house, it was mention here that the B&D book had a couple mistakes in it. I cannot return to those messages. anybody remember what those mistakes was.

The only mistake I know of in this otherwise excellent book is regarding isolated ground circuits. The book told you to use the red wire as the isolated ground, a clear code violation. I don't know if newer versions of the book have corrected this error. In my opinion, however, they should just remove all references to an isolated ground circuit anyway. They are not useful in residential wiring.
