Help with 3 Way Switch

Hello, a quick question for anyone who may want to help...

A while back, I disconnected the light fixture running from 2 three way switches...I made a diagram of the wiring, but, unfortunately, I have misplaced it...Is there a 'standard' way of doing this? There are two sets of white, red, and black wires (along with a ground). I want to install a simple light fixture, black and white with a ground. Can someone help? Thank you

There are at least 8 different ways to connect 3way switches depending on where the power is and how the cables are routed. We will need some info to help you.
You need to open both 3ways and tell us all the connections(except the bare) in both boxes. Do not disconnect any of the wires. Note that the 3way should have one screw a different color. That is the common screw. Are any of the wires still connected in the fixture box?
