Outlet location question

I have hot water baseboard style heaters, I know you cannot have outlets above electric baseboard heaters, does this rule apply to hot water baseboard also? I have a few rooms that the baseboard heater runs the entire length of the wall, {at least 12 feet}. and would like to install a few outlets in those rooms. thanks for any ideas

Not a problem. Hydronic heat doesn't get as hot a electric. Electric gets hot enough to melt the cords of anything plugged into the receptacle that might droop down into the heater.
