Warm Floor - Electrical Issue???

In one of the closets in my master bedroom the ceramic tile floor is very warm even when the heating unit is turned off. This closet is adjacent to an electric water heater closet. Could this be the cause? Is this dangerous?

Could it be from the way they piped the hot water out of the closet?

Warm Floor

I don't think so, this is a concrete foundation house, no basement, and the plumbing is in the attic.

I assume you have electric heating for the tiles. If you want to completely rule out an electrical problem, you need to remove the power in a very positive manner. This may involve turning off the breaker and/or disconnecting the wiring.
