Wiring for a Hob

Hi Guys,

I have got this new hob and it didnt come with a fitted cable to connect up to the socket. I am in the UK and i would like some advice as to which wiring diagram i should use. Here is an attached picture of the diagram. Sorry about the quality as it was taken with my phone....

The picture is very poor. I don't know what a hob is.
It looks like the top pimage is wiring for single phase (hot to neutral). I can't read the voltage. In Norht america It would be 120 volts.
The second drawing is for 2phase ???(hot to hot). I think that would be like 240 volts in NA.

The bottom one is for 3 phase connection. I can't read any of the voltages.

Opps, sorry, a hob is a stove.

The Voltage between the connections is 200V to 240V.

To be honest i personally think it is the n1 wiring diagram i want to use, but i am not gonna risk it so i have got an elecie to come out and wire it up. Hah, put shot to my computer system engineering degree!
