Feeding new wire thru conduit

One of the outlets in the kitchen didnt work last week and I just found that the hot wire is broken within the wall. I now need to push new wire thru the conduit from the outlet before it on the circuit... about 12 feet plus a few bends since its on a different wall.

I bought new wire as well as some lube for it. Any tricks, hints or suggestions before I start? Thanks!

There is zero chance that you could "push" a wire through a conduit. It mus be pulled. You can try to work a fish tape through; or you may possibly have to use one of the good existing conductors, and pull through 2 new ones.

GFCI confusion

Hi, I'm wiring a new bathroom. The power source is run to the outlet where I will put the GFCI outlet. The load on the GFCI will be a light and an exhaust fan/light. I ran 12-3 to all boxes and am planning on putting a 20a circuit breaker in for the circuit. My confusion is with the GFCI outlet. The packaging says it's 15amp, but the plug itself says 20a 125v on it? Is this the right outlet to use? Or do I need to buy one that says 20amp on the package? Thanks

CGFI Not Tripping

Hello. I have a CGFI in the kitchen on a 20 amp service. It includes 2 outlets. I have a 3 prong tester and test my cgfi's regularly. Today I tested this cgfi in my kitchen and hit the test button on the three prong tester and it did not trip? It still shows that it is correctly grounded, but it will not trip even when I hit the test button on the outlet. This outlet was working correctly before. :wall: However, now the secondary outlet attached to the main, is not working at all now either? I have heard that cgfi can go bad, is this what happend? I did pull the cgfi outlet out and inspected the wires, all wires were secure when I lightly pulled on them. Anyone have any ideas?
