Folding wires in box

I used a 1'' deep metal box [Wiremold BW2] for a new surface mounted outlet [15 A],everything works well but im not sure if the box is not big enough for i had some dificulties folding all the wires back in the box[ wires about 6'' long , ground wire plus 2 pigtails to ground the box and the outlet, plus one conector]
it just does not seem to be enough room without bending the wires a lot.The wires come from the top ,run down , then a 180 back up and another bend towrds the front for the conections to the outlet Is this correct ?
I can replace the box with a deeper one but I m not sure if the bends in such small space may have damage the wires Help appreciated
Thanks a lot

Just folding the wires by hand, you won't be able to damage them. Tight bends are perfectly normal. You can push them into a spiral towards the back of the box too, if the lengths are unequal.

Sounds like you're exceeding box fill rules; I suggest a larger box.
