curious question

looking at my panel and sub panel today, which 90 percent of my electrical work has been redone by a liscenced electrician,i have noticed some of the new wiring in the sub panel have red wire going to the breakers, one is labeled with a tag saying refrigarator ,and another saying counter tob outlets...like stated many times before we use 2 wire bx,and all the other wiring is black to breaker and white to ground bar....just curious as to why some wires are red....

I'm guessing your electrician ran some multiwire circuits. You probably have another breaker marked counter top that has a black wire. If you trace it and the counter top red wire that you mentioned, you will probably see they both belong to the same 3 wire BX along with a white wire.
