whirlpool

I would like some information on the elect for a whirlpool tub. The directions say to use a 15 amp gfi, they don't mention what size wire to use. I would use 12/2 with ground hopefully this is correct. They also don't mention what size conduit to use. Thanks for the help.

You didn't say whether this is 120 or 240 volt. Why do you want to use conduit? Is it required in your area? Do you have conduit on other circuits.

Yes, 12 gauge wire is okay on a 15 amp circuit.

I have to run the wire on the garage ceiling, and yes it is code. Thanks again

Tub

Hello, remember that the tub will have to have an access panel to get to the motor.
