full sub panel

i have a cutler hammer 125 amp sub panel which was installed by a liscenced electrician..its fed by a 50 amp breaker from the main panel..it has 8 breaker slots...2 being used by a 20 amp 220 volt 18500 btu window ac.5 other breakers are 20 amp twin breakers,,and 1 single 20 amp breaker.....question is the last 20 amp single i want make a twin 20 amp and run a dedicated line to my basement refrigartor ...the basement refrigarator is already wired into the sub panel,so i wont be adding any extra load.....im just concerned about filling the box with all twin breakers, basically is already except for the one i want to make a twin...the sub panel is 2 years old and i cant find anything on it stating how many twin breakers are allowed, just thats its a 125 amp box...thanks geo
