GROUNDING RECEPTACLES "PLEASE HELP!"

I recently installed new metal box recepticals in my unfinished basement. However they don't have grounding lugs inside. Should I attach a short grounding wire hooked from the receptacle to my wire(s) coming into the receptical in order to ground the box?

Connect a pigtail to a screw in the back of the box, and one to the ground screw in the receptical. Connect these to the incoming grounding conductor.
As for the box pigtail, you can buy these ready-made with the appropriate screw for the box.
