220 volt blues

i have a 220v table saw that used to be in a great workshop and now that we moved is in a garage with no 220. the panel is full and there is one subpanel for a hot tub that the wife thinks is more important than a saw. is my only choice running another subpanel or is there an"easy" fix. The saw would only be use once a month if that. Thanks in advance, rick

Will your panel accept tandem or mini breakers?

Replace two of the 120 volt full size breakers with tandems. This will allow you to free up two full size spaces where you can install a breaker for a sub panel.
