GFCI Breaker and Jetted Tub

We recently modified my wife's jetted tub. Due to access limitations I replaced the GFCI Outlets with GFCI Breakers at the panel. Now when ever I turn on the pump to start the jets the GFCI breaker kicks. I'm using a Cutler-Hammer BR GFCB120. I've used my wiring indicator and determined it is wired correctly and both a test at the panel and the outlet works correctly.
Using an extension cord I've plug the pump into a GFCI outlet without tripping the GFCI. The GFCI outlet functions properly.

Is there anything I can due to determine where the problem is occurring or do I have crap Breakers.

Thanks,

Chad Newman

What do you mean by "GFCI Breakers". Why the plural? Are you sure that you connected the breaker properly? Did you connect the white wire of the breaker to the neutral bar of the panel? Did you connect the white wire of the circuit to the neutral connection on the breaker.
