400w mh lights-how to wire?

I'm installing 6 400w "high bay" MH lights in my 2000sf barn-garage, evenly spaced out about 10'-12' aff. I want to switch them so two at a time come on, and run them all at 240v. Garage is 40'x50'. How would I wire them from the panel to the 3 switches (all next to door), and what size wire should I use? Can I put them all on one cb and feed all 3 switches from the one circuit? Everything has to be in conduit per the local rules here (exposed inside of a metal building), so one conduit to swiches, one conduit each to each row of lights or can I combine conduits?

1 20A double pole breaker, 2 #12 thwn wires to the switchbox, I would add a #12 ground but it isn't really nec if using metal conduit and you ground your devices to the boxes. 3 double pole switches rated 15A or better. And yes, you can run all switched wires (6 #12's) in one conduit. My ques is why high bay?? You need low bay here to get good light dispersion. I run midbay up to 22 ft or so, highbay starting at 25 ft and up.
