adding computer room

i am moving my computer to an outside room that is 8'x8'. I have 30 amp 220 breaker in main box. can i run my sub in my new building on this? it will have 6 20 amp.circuits for ac and my computer and other equip.and do i need to ground this sub panel with a earth ground??

Any sub panel in a detached building must be grounded with a ground rod. You should also run four conductor wire (three current carrying conductors plus one ground) from the main panel to the sub panel.

30 amps at 240 volts may or may not be enough. What is your anticipated load on these circuits?
