How many e-lights can go on one circuit?

What is the formula to find out how many emergency lights I can hook up to one 15amp 277volt circuit. The lights I'm using are made by sure-lites. Since the circuit is just keeping the batteries charged in the lights, I would like to hook up as many as I can.

15/x=n, which is the least of your worries.

There are other factors that need to be figured in, such as the number of lighting circuits in each area to be served by these ebu's, and the required footcandles of illumination in emergency mode.

Someone unfamiliar with something this basic should not be doing electrical work in a commercial building, please call an electrician.
