Question service panel clearance question

Do the accessability clearances of 36w x 30d apply to a sub panel if it is tied into the main panel through a Breaker?

Clearance applies to any panel, main or sub. You need the width of the panel projected out from the wall 3'.

You need more than the width of the panel, you need 30" projected out 3'.

But I agree that the answer to the original question is "yes".
