Bathroom outlets are out

OK, I've got a new problem I have never encountered. I've got two bathrooms. In each bathroom, the wall outlets are dead. None of the outlets have reset buttons (GFCI). I have looked outside in the breaker box, and all of the breakers are engaged. I'm at a loss to figure this problem out.

What am I missing?

If your house was built between 1978 and 1996, the GFCI receptacle that you need to reset is in the garage, probably behind the canoe.
