extending existing 240v run

I have a spa that is legally hooked up, GFI, everything. I want to splice into the 240 volt circuit at the junction box where the spa is and continue the line to my workroom. I know that the spa legally needs a dedicated line but I am not worried about the legalities right now. No one will be in the spa while anyone is working in the workroom. The run is only an additional 28 feet, I have installed a subpanel already.
Any electrical problems here is I just splice into the existing circuit? Thanks in advance for your help and advice!

Don't do it. It violates code, it's dangerous, and you'll regret it.
