Do you mean three chime units?

Yes, it's possible. But you'll probably have to upgrade the transformer from a 10va or 20va transformer up to a 30va transformer so you have enough umph to drive three chimes.

Basically all you need to do is run new doorbell wire from the existing chime unit to the new chime units, connecting the new wire to the same place on the existing chime where the old wires are connected.

You might also consider wireless doorbell chimes. Much less work.

If my math is correct, 70 meters = about 230 feet. That seems to be an awfully long run for low voltage. I'm not sure even a wireless chime would reach that distance.
