Do I have 240v power

I want to install a steam generator for steam sauna, which require 240v power supply.

I have a circuit breaker box inside the garage, in which there are multiple breakers for different zone's lights, electric stove (range), washer/dryer, etc. Do I have 240v power in there? How could I find it out?

Yup, you have it, now its a matter of how much you have available and how much you need.

Look at the name plate for your stove (range), I would think it states 240 volts. or if you have an electric dryer.

I would imagine there are only about 4-5 homes left in the whole country that do not have a 120/240v service.
You have breakers, you have 120/240.

Is there room left in the panel for more breakers? Tell us the name and number of the panel.

Thank you, guys.

On the panel, there is company named Square D with No. QOC20W.

I saw both Range and Dryer used two breakers. And rest of light zones used one breaker only. There are planty of extra space for more breakers on the panel.

I want to add 240v is for steam generator rated 5KW.

30 amps X 220 volts = 6.6 Kw ---- #10 wire

40 amps X 220 volts = 8.8 KW----- #8 wire
