is there a minimun distance to the basement floor for wiring?

I want to reroute wiring between 2 outlets in the basement.

Here is a picture of the setup of my ongoing structured wiring project:

Towards the bottom of the picture you can see the wiring from between 2 outlets. I'd like to basically move it at least a foot or so closer to the ground so its farther away from all my data cables. Being that it is in a basement is there any code stating that electrical wiring has to be a certain distance from the basement floor?

No, none at all.

I will say, moving that one wire down is not going to make any differnece.

Are you having problems? Is this why you want to move it?

I'm not experiencing any problems and though there is a chance of it causing interference I realize it probably wouldnt be noticeable if at all. If anything, my reason would be more cosmetic as it would be out of the way.
