help with problem dealing with circuits

I have a few circuit breakers that keeping tripping and I dont know why.
I can replace the breaker, but do I need to replace the whole box?

Do you have reason to suspect that the breakers are bad? Before you consider replacing breakers (usually inexpensive) or replacing the panel (NOT inexpensive), you need to quantify the problem.

What is the load on these breakers? Just lights and such? computers and electronics? Kitchen appliances? Washer? Dryer?

Do they trip at random times, or only under load? If under load, what is the load? Vacuum cleaner? Iron?
