Question Modifying electric supply from MH to camper

We have a small piece of property that use to have a Moble home on it. It was a rental property. We sold the mobile home and are wanting to fix a "Camper Space" up there. We have water, septic and need to know what we need to hook up power plugs. We have a meter pole that was there for the house trailer.

All this is going to be used for is a camper space. If anyone can give me any helpful info and suggestions please do. Any & all info will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you and have a Blessed Day.

You first need to know the electrical requirements of the camper.
120v/20 amp?
120v/30 amp?
120/240v/50 amp?

Is there a panel at the pedestal? Or just a meter? There should be a panel or disconnect of some sort.
Is there any way to post a pic of this electric equipment at this site?

Thank you so much for getting back to me. There is a power pole there with a meter box. there are wires still under the ground that were hooked to the house trailer. Big round cable sticking up out of the ground. We want to make a Pedestal with a box to plug in a gooseneck camper, at least 50 amps.

Without knowing what you have it is impossible to say what you should do.
I will almost guarantee you can do something with what you have.

I would strongly suggest you have an electrician come out and look at it. If it was done right to begin with you will have some sort of panel or disconnect box at the meter. You may even be able to use it the way it is.

Thanks for your response. We went to Home Depo and a electrician that was in there helped us. We got it all done now. All that is left is power people putting the meter in.

Thanks again.

Glad you got it done.
I must admit, I have done the same the few times I do go to those places.
Better than the employees helping.
