Question sorry to hijack the thread

SO my house buyers inspection called my panel "hazardous" and noted "14 gauge wiring in use on 15 amp circuit present in box". he also noted "over fused wiring"
so is this guy calling hazardous the overfused wiring or the 14ga in 15A circuit?
if i understand th previous threads, 14ga in a 15A circuit is OK, right?

14 gage wiring is correct for 15 amp circuits.

Find out what is/was considered hazardous. Perhaps there is something else he or she doesn't like.

Are we talking about aluminum or copper wire? #14 is only okay if the wire is copper.

Is the hazard because of the panel itself, such as Zinsco or Federal Pacific (FPE) brand?
