bathroom outlet

I'm remodeling my bathroom.. The GFCI recepticle is crammed into an old work box...do they make a bigger box so I have a little more room to work with the wires? could I use a 4in square with a single gang mud ring? What are my options...

Thanks

They make all shapes and sizes of boxes. Yes, you can use a larger box with a single gang opening. But that may be overkill. Just how many wires are there? A large single gang box should be sufficient.
