Securing Wires into Sub

Do I need to secure the cables coming into the sub panel and going out?

The panel is surface mounted and I have 1" pvc coming in and 3/4" Armored going out to a compressor.

Also, Will this need to be done in the main panel? It does not appear any of the other cables are secured going into the house.

Wires that come in through conduit, flex, or AC do not need to be secured because the conduit will already be fastened to the box. Cables like Romex (NM) need to be secured with a screw-in cable clamp when they enter the box.
