Red face Two switches Two Lights One Power Source

I have a problem with my outside light. First off here is the situation I have two switchs inside one controls the outside light and the other controls a light leading down the steps. The outside light box has three sets of wires leading to it so there are three blacks three whites and three grounds. Who ever last changed the outside light fixture messed something up because now the outside light will not go off its on all the time. I need to know how to get the wires hooked up so that the outside light goes on and off and so does the stair light. I need your help please and thank you.

You need to tell us all the cables in the light box and switch box. If you can determine where the cables go that is useful as well. You need to identify which cable is the power feed from the breaker, which one goes from light to switch, which one goes to another circuit to feed power.
