Ventilator fans-which brand is best?
Looked at Panasonic & Broan/Nutone
Going with a heater-light-fan 110cfm both have low sones
Also want to install a wall fan in kitchen-Earthquake knocked all the bricks off side of house- cuerrently have a down draft Jennaire- want the supplement
Broan has 12C Motordor 360cfm @250 the other is 128 but only 270 cfm
yikes what shall I spec? Who's better/

I am having some trouble following your post.
Panasonic makes excellent but pricey fans. They also tend to be quite quiet and energy efficient. I like the Broan Lo-Sone line as well. For kitchen fans, the Broan Motordoor series is powerful but noisy.
I like inline fans for bathroom use. They are a bit more expensive, but are very quiet and require very little maintenance.
There was a article in Consumer Reports on bath and kitchen fans within the last year or two. You might want to check it out.
