Arrow How do I install switch box support "madison hanger"

Long story short: I need to install switch box supports, can not find any directions.

I have searched high and low on how to do this please help!

I have the supports and the directions are like non existant on the packaging on how to use them. I can follow directions precisely if you can tell me how.
Thank you,
L.

The Madison hangers aren't used much any more, in favor of "old work" boxes.

Madison hangers are slipped in between the box and the wall (outside the box but behind the drywall)l, one on each side. Then the tabs are bent over the box edge. They keep the box from pulling out, but not from falling in.

Thank you for your help. I am going to have to switch the box totally to the old work box. I have both problems: falling in and falling out. Thank you,L.
