Question 30 Amp RV Outlet in Garage

I'm planning on installing a 30 amp RV outlet in the garage (attached tuck-under) for those times that we have the RV at home. My question is.... Do I need to install a ground fault interrupter on this circuit? If so, I assuming that I need to use a breaker type given that it's a 30 amp RV outlet. Is that a valid assumption?

Thanks for your help!

No GFCI needed for this application. The garage GFCI rules apply to 15-amp and 20-amp 120-volt circuits only.
