Tip Out ?
I have a breaker on the electrical panel marked Tip Out and not quite sure what this is for. I believe it has something to do with the well pump. Just bought this farm property and learning about country living everyday. Any ideas.

Just a wild guess. One of the acronyms of TIP is 'turbo inlet pipe'. Could this mean a breaker that contols the pump output. Is this a rotary or centrifical pump?

A tip-out is an RV term for a room or space that slides out to make the unit bigger when camping. Is it possible you have a room that was added or possibly a manufactured home that has a room that slid out when it got to the site? Otherwise, good luck with that one.

Tip Out
Ahh, country livin', ain't it great. Wouldn't trade it for all the tea in Boston Harbor. Just remember these things - If you open a gate, close it. Don't step in anything that is steaming. Drink upstream from the cattle. And don't squat on your spurs.
As far as tip out, who knows. Buy a tick tracer, kill the breaker and see if it goes to the pump or other associated circuits. Then relabel the breaker in proper terms so you and those cowboys who follow you will understand where it goes. Good luck!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
