As far as I know, no such device exists.

I'm not sure whether you know it or not, but there are currently no approved DIY wiring methods or devices for aluminum wire. The two previous methods (devices rated for connection to aluminum wire, and wire nuts rated for copper to aluminum connections) have both now been shown to be ineffective at eliminating the risk of fire. The only approved method these days is a special crimp connector that is only sold to specially trained electricians who have a special tool.

I spoke to someone who said that there were outlets, switches and breakers compatible with aluminum wiring. So I was wondering if GFCI's came that way too. The outlets were said to be copper/aluminum compatible on the side but was looking for GFCI's as well.

The (non-GFCI) devices to which you refer are still sold, but are not considered by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission to be safe.
