home study courses
I am a farmer who is currently working part time for an electrical contractor over the winter. Looking for a credible electrical home study course to enhance my electrical knowledge. Have reviewed several schools (Tom Henry's Electrical Program, Penn Foster Career School, Professional Career Developement Institute, and Stratford Career Institute).
Looking for any info on which program may offer the best overall curriculum and learning opportunities for future in electrical field. I am married with children and working a full time and part time job so a study at your own pace environment is really the only alternative. Any info is greatly appreciated!

Tom Henry offers a good course of study. Of course hands on schooling is the best, but I understand the 200 mile distance. Working for a contractor will give you a place to use your learning.
