changing ballast
I'm having trouble with my lights in the attic.....light will not come on when it gets cold....checked the ballast already in place and found min starting temp to be 5o deg....I have another ballast in my garage that has a 0 deg min starting temp....can I interchange these 2 ballast...both are 120v..60hz...the new one is .51 amps...the old one is .650amps....Thanks

ballasts are designed for centain types of bulbs (lamps). Be sure the lamps are the same (T12, T8, T5 etc).
