12/2 20 Amp outlet circuit - Use 15Amp receptcl?

I am planning 3 separate 12/2 outlet circuits ( 20amp breaker) 2 will have 6 to 8 outlets for general use and the third will be dedicated for entertainment center. My question is do I need to buy the 20amp receptacles or can I use the 15amp ?

The 20Amp were $2.94 at Lowes and the good quality 15Amp were $1.84.
Thanks for all the help.

In the US 15's are fine. As long as you have at least one duplex 15a receptacle on a 20 amp circuit.
