Wire nuts in subpanel

To gain room for two double pole breakers I need to move four 15 amp single pole breakers to a new subpanel directly adjacent to an existing main panel. The installation is on an exterior masonry wall and wires feed to the main panel breakers through the rear of the box directly from the masonry wall. There is insufficient length of existing wire to reconnect the four breakers in the new adjacent subpanel. Are wire nuts allowed in an outdoor rated sub panel to allow connections for wire extensions to reach the relocated breakers?

Yes. In such I case I make sure that I leave the nuts oriented like hats rather than bowls so that condensation won't collect in the nuts.
