Electrical cable and coax

I am finishing an area, and my Google-Fu seems to be failing me with this one. I have a media center run that comes down a stud (pre-installed by builder) with two coax, a phone line, and a network line. I am now running the electrical cable, and obviously the two will have to cross somehow. Is it ok to run the electrical cable perpendicular to the other cables, and will this lead to any interference? If so, how do I change one or the other to avoid this situation? Thanks for your help!

Perpendicular is okay. Cross at right angles only, and minimize the crossing if possible.

Parallel is NOT okay, unless they are separated at least a foot or more.
