Wiring Outdoor Box - Help Needed

I'm installing an outdoor weatherproof box under a soffit for a spotlight. I need to run a 14/3 in and a 14/2 out to another spotlight on a differnet switch. The trouble is that I have to backwire the box and there is only one threaded opening in the back of the cast metal box. Is there any way to get a 14/3 and a 14/2 through this hole. I think that there are cables that will take two 14/2's but not a 14/3 and a 14/2.

Any advice.

Thanks in advance.

Use a junction box in your attic. Do the necessary splicing between the 14/3 and two separate 14/2s, one going to each light.

What do you mean by "spotlight"?

Can you cut in a round box into the soffit, and do your wiring in that box?
