sub panel

My main panel is full and wont accept tandum breakers. So im putting a 100 amp sub panel about one foot away ( ill only be feeding with 70 amp breaker)

I have some left over 2 AWG AL wire that I want to feed the sub panel with.
I know I hook two wires to a 70 amp breaker in the main then the lugs in the sub panel.
Run a bare copper wire from ground bar in main to ground bar in sub panel.
The 2 gauge neutral wire will attach to the neutral lug in the sub panel fine.
The problem is its too big to fit in the holes in the neutral bar in the main panel. What do I do about this?
