exhaust fan wiring
I installed an exhuast fan in my bathroom and wired it to a switch. I used wire nuts to splice the wires from the fan to the wire I pulled from the switch. This connection is in may attic right at the fan. Am I required to wrap the wire nuts or conceal them in any way?

Every connection must be in a junction box. Every junction box must be permanently accessible.
If you spliced wires in your attic with no box then you need to put in a junction box.
You may need two junction boxes, as you need six inches of slack in both ends of the wire to properly splice them inside the box.

The fan should have an "A" box which is the rough in housing for the fan. It should have a built in junction box if it is a name brand. If the actual fan has a plug which goes into a receptacle in the rough housing, your wiring junction point is the box in the housing which holds the receptacle.
