Any decent book on home wiring will have this information, and if you will be doing this then you need a book or two.

The basic instructions are that power goes into the common terminal of the first switch. The travelers (there are two of them) of both switches get connected together. Then switched power is available at the common terminal of the second switch.

The exact wiring depends on many factors, whether the light is electrically before the switches, between the switches, or after the switches.
