Question New-work can light: junction box?

I know that junction boxes must be accessible when drywalling but what about the built-in junction boxes of new-work can lights? We are installing 6 of these in our basement ceiling, then drywalling after that. From an electrical code perspective, are these still considered junction boxes and so must be accessible? I suspect the answer is yes but just wanted to double check...

Thanks!

The junction boxes on Halo brand cans are accessible from inside. Just remove the bulb and baffle plate.

Thanks Wayne! That's exactly what I have (Halo, I should have mentioned that). Very good to know that we won't have a pile of covers in the ceiling (there are already a couple of junction boxes for other circuits up there!). Thanks again!
