GFCI Sw/Recp. combo

I am trying to wire up a GFCI combo AND another seperate GFCI recp. I want the seperate GFCI to be hot all the time and the combo switch to control the recp.

how many wires do you have coming into the box?
Let's make two big assumptions and say you only have a hot, neutral and ground and both devices are in a double gang box beside each other..

Connect the hot to one of the gold screws on the gfci and the single gold screw on the combo. This may require two pigtails or a jumper from the second gold screw on the gfci to the combo.

Connect the white to one of the silver screws on the gfci and the single silver screw on the combo.
Connect the ground to the green screw on both devices.

The double gold screws onthe combo do not get any connections.
