Loosing power in a bedroom
From time to time when we jiggle an outlet in the bedroom we loose electricity for the whole bedroom but the ciruit breaker doesn't pop. If I put a plug into it and jiggle it comes back on.

And? What is your question?
You have a loose connection. Most likely a failed (or more correctly a failing) back stab connection.
With the power off remove the receptacle from the wall. Move any back stabbed wire connections to the screw terminals. If the screw terminals are already being used, then make sure the connections are tight. Also make sure any wire nutted connections are tight.
