Raceway Question.

Greetings from N.H. (still balmy).
I have a wooden raceway protecting an 8ft. run of 10-2NM that feeds a water heater. I am running 10-3NM for a new 30A circuit for a clothes dryer. Can I use this same raceway that has the 10-2? There is room, however, both cables will touch. The 10-3 will not be going anywhere near the water heater. Any problems using this raceway for both cables?
-Thanks so much.

Guess I would not call this a raceway...simply done to protect the wires with the wood....regardless I would not have a problem with it and we are talking only (2) NM cables......not concerned about anything to do with bundling either...I would say go for it.
