Dimmer Switch

I bought 2 dimmers for my some dinning and kitchen lights. After installing the dimmer, the lights above the dinning table are very noisy. The bulbs are vibrating. Same with the kitchen island light (not as much) which I installed the dimmer. Also, I noticed the switches are humming as well. Wow, this is very annoying. What can I do to make this noise go away? Different bulbs, different switch?

Common problem with some bulb brands. Try a different brand of bulbs.

3 phase panel

I am looking for info on how to calculate for load on a 3 phase panel I.E ........100 amp. 120/208 panel and i have (Some # Watts). Do i simply divide the Watts by volts(208) to see if this size panel will be appropriate. Or am i missing something. cheers

Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to hook up a florescent lighting unit that was made in Italy for European electricity? I just bought a new kitchen (it was a showroom model). The backsplash is a lightbox with smoked glass. The wiring for it is a BROWN, BLUE and YELLOW wire. There is also small halogen type lights for the top cabinets. There seems to be some sort of little converter box already connected to it. The little brown box says: ELECTRIC TRANSFORMATOR. That took in a bunch of wires on one end and is now showing a BROWN and BLUE wire coming out of the other end... I have pictures of both items I am talking about but don't know how to include them in this forum-- Please give me your email address if you think it will help to see what the heck I'm talking about. I hope this makes a lick of sense.... Anway to wires these units up in the good ol' US of A? Thank you for time and thoughts in advance....
