Boy playing with speakers a fire hazzard?

Boy wants to hook up bunch of speakers to his TV output jack.
Like we did when young.
Is it a fire hazzard?

Not much power or voltage in the speaker wires. Only problem would be damage to the TV not fire hazard.

As long as the covers stay sealed on the TV and amplifiers, I don't see where there could be any problem. Hooking up too many speakers to an amplifier can damage the amp, but most amps have built-in protection circuits that prevent overload.
