grouping individual wires - tape or plastic ties?
When multiple circuits from a raceway are entering a junction box, aside from identifying them, is it better to group the hot and its neutral with tape or a small plastic tie?
Thanks in advance.

I prefer tape or brady tags (small number tags) with like numbers placed on corresponding hots/neuts. No need to gather them when using the tags. Tieing them together can be a bother later on when chasing problems. It restricts movement of the wires and is a nuisance.
If cost is considered, tape overrules.

I personally use the Panduit brand of wire tags (not advertising for them though) because they are large enough to bundle your hot and neutral conductors together under one tag and still identify them with the panel # and circuit #.
